At Off Square Brewing we strive to be just that—OFF SQUARE. We think and brew outside the box. Our tastes are eclectic, just like our beers. The passion of exploration and imagination will come through in each batch we brew, and we hope you want to experience that with us. Sometimes it's crisp, clean flavors; sometimes it's a complex and wild ride. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and strive for each beer to be on point.
The brewery is located a 1/2 mile off of I-65 at Exit 249 among an industrial complex. Our warehouse style building has window paneled roll up doors to both our beer garden patio and our extended dining room area that overlooks our production brewing system. From our locally sourced wood dining tables to our 36 foot ash tree bar top, our taproom offers a comfortable brewery atmosphere open to all ages up until 9:00pm when we become a 21+ destination. We are open 7 days a week. Monday to Thursday 11:00am–10:00pm and, Friday and Saturday 11:00am–midnight.
Our bar consists of 20 tap handles. Sixteen taps are dedicated to our very own mainstay beers and rotating seasonal varieties along with four guest taps from nearby breweries. A few wines are also available. For to-go beer we offer a 32 oz. Crowler Can that we fill right off the tap and mechanically seal right there in front of you.
Our kitchen offers a wide range of dining options including pizzas and wings made in our very own wood fired oven (that you can see right from your seat in the taproom), delicious short rib poutine, gyro-esque Greek lamb burgers, luscious chocolate stout cake and many more options!
